Do I need to pay both the startup and the first month’s rental to take delivery of the car?

No, you only need to pay the startup to take delivery of the car. The monthly installment will only be due the following month.

Unfortunately not — you’re only allocated 3,000 km per month. However, this is more than sufficient for personal use, as the average driver in South Africa typically uses around 1,500 km per month. If you use less than your monthly 3,000 km allowance, the unused kilometers roll over to the next month. So, in months where you need more than 3,000 km, you’ll likely have enough carryover to cover the extra distance.

The all-inclusive monthly installment covers insurance, a service plan, maintenance, tracker, tyres, and 24/7 roadside assistance – providing complete peace of mind for all our clients.

Yes, you can cancel, but if you do so before the end of the contract, you will forfeit any monies that would have been refundable at end of period and you will also be billed for any damage that requires repair.
